• Receipt of Information by Helpline and/or Website and/or offline
  Push Notification SMS to FCR, DCR, BO
  • Forest Control Room (FCR)
    (receives information)
    • FCR cross checks that response has initiated
    • If response is not initiated, HQ QRT is dispatched
    • Cross checks submission of response on website by B.O.
    • In case of requirement of immediate action and/or unavailability of QRT - FCR to inform Police Control Room
  • Division Control Room (DCR)
    (receives information)
    • DCR checks with BO that response has initiated
    • If response is not initiated Division QRT is dispatched immediately
    • Checks submission of details of response on website by B.O.
    • In case of requirement of immediate action and/or unavailability of QRT - DCR to inform Police Control Room
  • Beat Officer (B.O.)
    (receives information)
    • BO confirms to DCR over phone VHF regarding receipt of message & initiating response
    • If BO failes to respond, Range Officer is initimatedby DCR to initiate response
    • At site, BO records details of response on website
    • In case of requirement of immediate assistance B.O. to inform DCR and FCR
